Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips

YOU'LL NEED
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
10 El Sabor® Wraps Original
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
LETS' COOK
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Finally, add melted butter to another small bowl. Place all three items nearby.
- Using a sharp knife, make two cuts across the tortillas so that each tortilla is cut into even halves.
- Dip the cut tortilla in the butter, then toss in the sugar cinnamon mix. Shake off any excess and place the chip on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this step until all chips have been coated and are ready to bake.
- Bake tortillas for 8-10 minutes or until the edges just begin to turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle tops with remaining cinnamon sugar, if desired. Allow chips to cool at least 5 minutes before eating.
