YOU'LL NEED
450g ground chicken
4 slices cheese
4 burger buns
1 El Sabor® Taco Spice mix
¼ cup El Sabor® Guacamole
¼ cup El Sabor® Sweet and Sour Sauce
LETS' COOK
- Heat the oven.
- In large bowl, mix chicken and Taco Spice mix.
- Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1 cm thick.
- Place patties in the over medium heat; cook 14 to 16 minutes, turning once.
- Top each patty with cheese slice for last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Place patties on buns; top with Guacamole and Sweet and Sour Sauce.
