YOU'LL NEED
1 El Sabor® Big Wraps
1 El Sabor® Wholemeal Big Wraps
1 El Sabor® Big Wraps Tomato
6 tbsp El Sabor® Salsa Dip
1 ½ tbsp El Sabor® Nacho Sliced Jalapeño
85g low-fat cream cheese, softened
¾ cup black beans
1 ½ avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
¾ cup coriander leaves, chopped
Salt and ground pepper
LETS' COOK
- Combine cream cheese, jalapenos, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
- Heat wraps in oven to soften.
- Spread each tortilla on a clean surface and add 2 tbsp cream mixture, 1/4 cup black beans and 2 tbsp salsa dip over each.
- Sprinkle ⅓ of the avocado and cilantro over each wrap.
- Roll up wraps tightly. Wrap them in cling film and then refrigerate the rolls for at least 1 hour.
- Right before serving, unwrap the rolls and trim ends. Cut each roll into 6 pieces and top them with salsa dip.
