Quick & Easy Nachos

YOU'LL NEED
500g lean minced beef
400g canned black beans
400g tomatoes
1 bag El Sabor® Salted Nacho
1 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp chopped onions
LETS' COOK
- In a non-stick pan heat a dash of oil and minced beef.
- Add beans and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place El Sabor® Salted Nacho in individual bowls, spoon in the mince and sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with chopped spring onions.
- Serve with a green salad.
