YOU'LL NEED
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into chips
2 red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cumin
1 ½ tbsp olive oil
4 El Sabor® Big Wraps Original
40g rocket
80g Feta (optional)
LETS' COOK
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the sweet potato and red onion in a large roasting tin.
- Sprinkle with the turmeric and cumin, then toss in the oil.
- Roast for 20-25’, stirring halfway through.
- Heat the wraps according to the pack instructions.
- Divide the rocket leaves between the wraps, then top with the roasted veg and crumbled feta, wrap up and tuck in.
